Many people know and many do not. When we plan a house and want to approve it, we need an approval drawing. Many new engineers and architects have no idea how to do the approval drawing — and what a drawing should include! Here you will get the ideas of approval, so I am giving a sample drawing that can be useful to you.

If you want to build a building under the municipality, you cannot build without permission from the authorities — no matter how big or detailed the drawing is. So let's learn what it will take.

📐 What Drawings Should Be in an Approval Sheet?

First you have to apply in the application form and submit copies of the drawing (usually 7 copies, but varies). Drawings should be submitted in 30"x20" size ammonia sheet or tracing paper (with blueprint tracing paper).

1. Floor Plan

2. Other floor plans (all floors)

3. Front Elevation

4. Layout Plan

5. Columns, beams, sections of the foundation

6. Total Cover Area

7. Mouza Map

8. Cross section of the building

9. Plan and section of septic tank and soak well

10. Stairs Plan and Details

11. Detailed drawing of the roof

12. Roof drainage plan

13. Column position or column layout

14. Grade Beams & Sections

15. Electric Drawing

16. Sanitary drawing (in case of multi-storey buildings)

17. Setback (very urgent) — refers to the release of a certain amount of land around the building.

📋 Accessory Papers Required

1. Certificate of recognition from an engineer who is a member of a professional organization.

2. Member number and signature and seal of the Engineer Professional Association.

3. Photocopy of the original document.

4. Dag number, Khatian number and mouza name.

5. Signature of the owner.

6. Soil test report (if more than 3 floors).

7. Amount of land and schedule.

8. Fixed fees.

🏠 Plan Sheet Details (Sample Project)

This design is carried up to the fourth floor. There is a park on the ground floor and there is a unit on the ground floor. There are two units on the second floor. Two rooms on the second floor are a drawing room. A kitchen and two toilets are provided next to him is unity sem. We work with utmost care.
